In Pakistan these baskets are called "Tokra". They are huge in size - their diameter is about 70 cm. They are usually used to hang on the wall as a decoration. They attract attention with their beautiful design and unique size. They are rarely made because only a few craftsmen are able to make such large baskets.

Traditionally, they were used as containers for fruit or vegetables. Currently, they primarily serve as decorations on the floor or wall, but in practice they can be used, for example, as baskets for towels, yarn and crafts, books, magazines or any other household items.
